MARTY HONIG
I am very excited to be back at FTGU where in 2019 I was a resident and created my own original solo show. At that time I lived in Kansas City, Missouri where I had retired in 2017. When I retired from my job in computer support I decided to follow my passion in performing and clowning. I had already taken multiple workshops in both clowning and improvisation. I had also performed with several improv groups. I was part of a clown troupe called The Flock. The Flock performed in several KC Fringe shows. In 2021 I moved to Portland for both personal and creative reasons. I am clowning regularly in various variety shows and I am in a Harold improv team at Kickstand Comedy which performs the last 2 Sundays of the month until the end of June.
