SUPPORT OUR WORK…
Thank you for supporting this important work! From the Ground Up does important work in small rooms, measuring our success not in numbers but in the depth of our impact for each individual who enters our space. Our mission is to create accessible, equitable, and diverse spaces that make, produce, and present risky, radical, new artistic work from places and people that are often left out of traditional artistic spaces. We recognize that to create something risky and radical we must create a space where authentic, vulnerable storytelling and art making can happen. This takes time, resources, space. You contribution goes directly towards putting these crucial resources into the hands of artists. All levels are contributions are deeply impactful to our work and help us secure that all of our programing continues long into the future!
To guarantees ACCESS to all of our programming regardless of economic means we offer a radical ‘no questions asked’ scholarship and subsidies to all of our programs and will always have a ‘pay what you can’ option for all of our events. In 2024 we offered $44, 250.00 in subsidies and scholarships to artist.
